Very good service! Beautiful tools! I had to exchange one tool but because it was a gift, the return had to be quick. That was no problem at all- 2 days later I received the tool. We will buy in the future certainly our tools here. Thank you very much!

Was so pleased with the service of Sneeboer
I have a gardening friend who very much wanted a garden trowel like that used by Monty Don on Gardeners World.
I found that this was made by Sneeboer and that they offered a service of an engraved message on the handle. As it was my friend's birthday in a weeks time, I decided to order the trowel online. It was a Sunday I placed the order and I emailed Sneeboer on the Monday asking if they could process my order by the following Monday. I had a very polite email by return saying that they would get it on the courier service that day.
The scheduled delivery date was the following Friday, but in fact I received it on the Thursday. I was so pleased and I sent Sneeboer an email complimenting them on their excellent service.
The trowel is of Stainless Steel with a wooden handle of excellent quality. I see that they make other garden tools and I would recommend anyone looking for a good tool to certainly consider Sneeboer.

Beautifully made garden tools
Beautifully made garden tools. I bought two spades for (re)planting work in heavy clay soil. For heavy duty work, the handle of the spades could be made slightly longer and thicker, or the availability of a solid composite handle would be welcomed.
