i ordered a helmet for a birthday and paid high postage. despatch was slow and delivery took much longer that stated and kids birthday missed. it is not clear where fault lies between carrier and company. I have tried to contact Sneakids for explanation and refund of postage as this was not as promised but they will not respond. avoid this lot at all costs- and their many other companies.
