Sneakertax is a scam

Ordered sneakers that were supposes to be kobe grinches. The order was three months late. Sneakers were labels 11.5 size, but were actually 10.5. I reported to sneakertax. Abolute horrible customer support. These guys are getting reject sneakers and selling them again online. Please dont waste your money with sneakertax. For the people that have already been scam, do not send back product, they will only keep and make out they didn't receive it

Bad customer experience, extremely stressful

Bad customer experience. Agreed with the vendor to return a pair of shoes that did not fit, almost spent an additional £20 for a tracking return service to a delivery address somewhere in Vietnam. It's been almost two months since my shoes were returned, money was never refunded. They claim shoes never arrived.
Overall extremely negative experience. I strongly suggest to buy elsewhere.
