Top notch company! Ordered my shoes around 7 at night, had them delivered the next day. Always good and unique products. Personally, one of the best sneaker providers out there (and no, I don’t work there)

I ordered a pair of sneakers (order no. 3123363) and decided to return them the day I received them. The return was registered on June 7 and I should be refunded within 15 working days. That's quite a long time, but I waited patiently. On the 14th working day I got a message saying that my refund was delayed with another 1 - 2 weeks! I e-mailed them about this, another week later but no response. Decided to give them a call and then the refund was finally processed. It took the person on the phone literally two seconds to do that. Don't understand why it had to take a phone call though.

I received a return confirmation for my order almost two months ago. A month ago I received an email saying that my refund is delayed due to high volumes but it will be issued in 1-2 weeks. I STILL haven't received the refund. I have emailed them twice, no response. I have waited hours in the chat on their website, no response.
I can understand the delays, but I cannot understand why there are no responses and no customer service. And as I can see I'm not the only one battling to receive my money back as I was promised, I could not recommend anyone to order from Sneaker District. This is the worst experience I have had with online shopping.

Now 8 weeks further and I still haven't received my refund. I've called, send 3 e-mails, messaged by Instagram, used the chat on the website. No respond... I'm mad because I see a lot of reviews like mine. I really want my money back and fast. So if you do respond in Trustpilot, it's about ordernumber 2891954.

No response on my email (172022) about receiving the wrong size in the shoe box and can now see from other complaints why my refund is also taking forever. They could do with hiring a better cs team if they even have one, and improving their return process particularly as it's not even free.

Update - received an automated email end of Sept that the refund is being processed. 3 months later.

Really bad experience! I have emailed 3 times already for my refund. 8th may I got the email that they’ve got my return and in 15 days I’ll be paid out.
We are now almost in July and still no refund..

I've bought shoes online, they didn't fit well so I went to the store and returned them. Since then, it's been 6 weeks and I still did not receive my refund.

Nowadays with the technology available it is unacceptable to have to wait such a long time to get my money back. Most stores provide instant refunds.

I have a similar complaint as previous customers. I already sent two e-mails about my refund.. I should have received my money 1.5 months ago. Still no response, only that it will take longer due to a high amount of refunds?? Not a trustworthy company, if you ask me.

I went into your store in Amsterdam and tried on the shoes there. The staff were incredibly helpful and processed my online order from the store. The shoes arrived at my hotel the following day and the entire experience and service was 110%. Would highly recommend Sneaker District.

Returned my package on the 16th of May and I still haven’t received my refund. Emailed about this and was told due to delays I can expect to be refunded within 1-2 weeks… still nothing. When will I finally get my money back?! (Order number 3112451)

The shipping process was seamless. I got my item not even 24 hours after I ordered it. Also I liked the range of sizes available as some retailers only stock a limited amount!
