Got a heated chair.. customer service is 100% easy if ya have any problems and fast to fix the problem very happy will be buying off snapper again 5 start from me..and 5 star to Michelle in snapper support team on making it a pleasure to deal with.. thanks again

So impressed with the support provided…
So impressed with the support provided by Maddi, our new Snapper heated camp chair broke on its first use, sent an email and got a very favourable response from Maddi. Chair refunded and new and improved chair will be sent out once they arrive. Honestly, I did not expect this sort of service from an online supplier, so cudos to Maddi and the company for their support, Thank You
