I can’t reach them
I can’t reach them. I’ve written 4 different emails. The MIWA vacuum I bought has a defective battery right out of the box. It won’t take a full charge, stopping at 30% charge. It runs well for about 5 minutes on full power before starting to fade. I’ve recieved ZERO response from SnapBuy. NOTHING!
Going to report them to X for shoddy business practices. Seems like it will be a decent vacuum if the battery works as it should.

Today, 5/3, I recieved an immediate response from their customer support via the “returns” option. They offered me a 20% refund of the purchase price. I’d keep the unit. I did not accept that offer, instead asking again for a new battery. I haven’t heard back on that.
