DPD terrible delivery service
DPD send back my package, didn't notify me of it being sent to a pick and collect, I was home all day, didn't show nor update. Had to badger them through e-mail, now it's sent back.
Haven't heard back yet nor have I gotten my money back.

Small portions/products
They offer quite the amount of pruducts and ship them reasonably fast. My main issue is that their products are super small and even though some products are relatively cheap, their size makes them imo not worth it to buy, because you’d have to buy multiple to enjoy a regular portion. Look at the size if they even display it next to their products and choose accordingly.

Got charged statiegeld on plastic bottles. On the bottles were an added sticker and barcode claiming statiegeld. However neither the machines at Albert Heijn, Dirk or Lidl accepted the bottles.
