I ordered a ring with engraving
I ordered a ring with engraving. It arrived without engraving. I sent many emails to many different smyrnajewelry.com email addresses trying to setup a return. I also called and left a message. No response. The ring itself seems fine. I can't speak to its purity, but it looks nice. Customer service is non-existent and now I'm stuck with a ring I can't even return.
