Actually it’s 0 stars.
I ordered some earrings on the 23. Feb.
Today it’s the 8. Of March. They promised 2-3 days delivery time.
I am waiting since 12 days.
After a few days I contacted them by mail and the person from customer service asked me details which are ridiculous.
Like my email address, which is weird as my email address is available in my email. I have sent by now 12 mails answering questions, nudging, asking for shipping details, etc.
I am getting nowhere. I get automatic generated answers back and no one is giving me any data as regards delivery.
I advise everyone to not purchase anything from this company. You will end up losing your money and get upset over their unprofessional conduct. Total fraud.
