My order ID is 66996. I recently ordered 25 meter of 0.75sqmm flat twin copper cable. But what I received was a 0.5sqmm copper coated aluminum cable. The wire has the marking 0.75sqmm FINOFLEX. I raised a complain in WhatsApp and email, no response. I waited for 4 days, still no response. I even tired to call though WhatsApp number, no response. Beware of this website, they sell fake items. If it were Flipkart or Amazon I would have easily returned it.

received in a pathetic condition the torch was not working and the torch was in used condition. i would suggest not to buy from this webside as its a second hand website

They are frauds, they will send you some cheap copy or used products, and when you ask them to replace/exchange they will block you from WhatsApp. it is a shady company do not buy from them

Most sucking packaging, the cells recived with just bubble wrapped, i ordered 8 cells, each cell didnt had a single safety measures, the holders i ordered are mixed in the bubble wrapp

It's a scam website. They put up things at a discounted rate and will send you a cheap useless copy. They work on exploiting a psychology where you don't want to file a complaint due to "low price", also how any police will take it up for few hundred rupees scammed. There location is a random map, and contact is WA only. They won't respond to support mails either. It's a total scam, avoid it. The positive reviews here are mostly paid reviews, which is very common this days!

The originality and genuineness of the product is doubtful. Appears a duplicate product.
The packaging was inappropriate.
