None of phones I rented worked for registration. Money wasted.

Stole my money.

Absolutely trash and rude service. Sent them 100$ worth of BTC into the balance. Was asked to provide txhash id and wallet photo (Which they told me was sent by email, nothing was sent). When i go to BTC top-up, it's now showing a different wallet address. Nonetheless, I provided them with the wallet address where BTC was sent and txhash id. crypto.com told me they should be able to easily trace Funds with this information.

Pavel, whoever that is working in their customer service, is incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Wished I would've read the reviews before buying, very bad experience. My money weren't deposited into my account. Asked the support, told me they're gonna talk to the finance department, got no response for 6 days. Tried contacting them again, said I need to deposit 50% of the original amount to get a refund

I already contacted support 4 DAYS ago and was completely ignored, which is why I wrote this review.

Reaching support is incredibly difficult. The main "Contact Support" button on the website doesn't even work properly. I had to manually hunt through the site just to find an email address to send my request to.

As requested here, I have just sent another email (to the address I had to find myself) and referenced this Trustpilot conversation.

I expect a prompt confirmation and a solution this time, not another 4-day wait.

I strongly advise against using this service. I deposited €7.50 to buy a number for a verification.

The service itself failed completely. I purchased a number, but the required SMS never arrived. The number was useless. I "refunded" it in the system, which only put the money back into my site balance.

To get my money back, their own website states: "To withdraw funds... please write to the technical support team."

I did exactly that THREE DAYS ago.

I have received zero communication since then. Not even a confirmation that they received my request.

I have read their policy, which says the "withdrawal process can take up to 7 days." I would understand this if they had actually acknowledged my request. But as I see it, that 7-day timer hasn't even started because their support team has completely ignored me.

The service didn't work, and now my money is being held hostage by a support team that doesn't respond. This is an unacceptable way to do business. Avoid them.

I've been using SMS-Activate for over 2 years now, and all I can say is that they are the best in the business.
We use a lot of numbers as a business, and they have never disappointed us.
I would highly recommend them.

first, 90 % of all number are bad ( i tested for telegram) banned number, already used number and if you put money on the site they won't give you the money back...

I mistakenly funded my wallet with 1000$ but they have refused refund for over 2 weeks now.

I must add they are very unprofessional -- Deal with this business at your own peril

I bought a telegram phone number from them and after using it for barely 2 months i go logged out from all my devices and telegram is requesting for an SMS code? Meanwhile this has happened to my friend too the UK number he bought from SMS visuals. They are not trustworthy. Do not buy telegram UK number from them cause they will login and log you out and use it to scam your contacts. Useless company

Never received the SMS.

I got a phone for Telegram, even paid the weekly telegram premium subscription to assure myself that I would get the SMS, which was never displayed by the website.

Not recommended.

Their services are terrible, customer representatives are just a waste of time, they give you inaccurate information, so stay away from them and keep your money safe!

Never realized how much time I wasted trying to get verification codes. SMS-Activate is the only service I trust when I need a quick virtual number... good tool

This service is a complete scam. After depositing money, I quickly realized it’s impossible to actually spend it on anything. The numbers shown on the site are fake — they look available in the frontend, but once you try to purchase, nothing works. It feels like there’s no real backend at all, just a flashy interface to take your money. Support is non-existent, and there is no way to get a refund. Avoid this site completely.

Update: They are not only scam. They will not even acknowledge you as their customer, just to take your review down in Trustpilot. That's what they did to me. My review was taken offline even after providing plenty strong proof. I had to apeal again to Trustpilot with video proof. After that, they flagged my review with defamation, in which I had to respond again. Meanwhile they are flooding this review page with fake 5 star reviews.

They require a significant amount to "Top-up" and keeps a more signifcant "fees" for that Top-up. Even though, an user may only need like $0.20, they force the user to top-up close to $5 minimum for almost all the platform except crypto needs about $3.

A Dysfunctional Service:
I have tried to do Google account SMS activation through USA and Indian numbers. However it looks like they do not do quality checking of their Suppliers and the numbers they provide.
1) Most of the numbers are either completely fake or "Used too many times".
2) Probably out of more than 50 attempts, I had been able to successfully send the SMS 2 or 3 times maximum. However this service could not provide me back the OTP.
3) At first there was also another problem where before I make the purchase I found many desired SMS numbers were in stock. But after I make the purchase within 2 hours. I saw stock out. I found this very fishy. At that time, I opened another instance in a VPN and I found that there were plenty numbers available for the service I want. I see another user in the review had this problem. This maybe a trick they use to lure users to buy fund from them, by automatic analysis of user activity.

It is true that they do not eat up money for the failed attempts. But it was clear at least from my experience, this is a dysfunctional service entirely. If the numbders are either fake or "used too many times", why are they claiming their service premium and stealing user funds in this way??? This kind of situation can be seen for free numbers available online. If you can confidently provide functional numbers, only then you can call your service premium and take money from the users. If not, you CAN NOT take money from the users. These activities are PURE SCAM. They pretty much LOCK this fund and make huge profit deceiving the customers like this.

Denied Support:
1) Chat support is terrible. They pretend to not understand your problem and waste great amount of time repeatedly. In later attempts they just hooked me up with AI bots.
2) It's funny to see that these guys respond here in Trustpilot 100% of the time, within 24 hours . But they completetly ignored my email request for refunding my Top-up amount. This further shows their class and intent.

In summary, I found this service a trap and scam to lock to user funds to "get rich quick" scheme through deceptive ways and bad service.

Many numbers dont work at all, the user interface of the website is extremely confusing. Literally a shit service

They don't give the option to extend the rented room for 1 more day. Support does not help.
