As I opened the box, I realised the ‘con’ - the product parts are of highly inferior quality; the little brushes don’t even fit into supposed
‘slots’, & the charging cable didn’t match the port!

Worse than a 10p plastic kids’ toy!!

I’m so annoyed I purchased a drone for my daughter and it hasn’t arrived. I’m not able to contact them and phone number is disconnected. I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute. Do not use them. Can’t believe they’re able to operate!

I bought a Popglory smart watch from smart-life on 9.1.2021. I paid £54 for it. As far as I can remember, delivery was OK. However, the instruction sheet which came with it is in such tiny print it is almost unreadable. I could not work out how to use it but discovered you have to download an app to your phone called HeroBand111. I had some difficulty with the app and then weigh pairing it with the watch. I found a video about it on YouTube so put something in the comment box and someone replied to me which helped me sort it out. Since then, it has worked perfectly and I have been very pleased with it. However, a few days’ ago, I noticed the battery was a bit low so put it on charge. It showed it was charging but when I went to get it later, the watch was completely dead and has remained so despite further attempts to charge it. I have tried the chat box on the smart-life website with no response which is exactly what happened when I first tried to contact them when I received the watch. There appears to be no other way of contacting them. I have also recently discovered that I probably paid almost double the price for this watch. It is a shame as, when it was working, it really suited my needs. I am a member of Which? Computing so I had a tech call with them but they couldn’t help although they have reviewed this watch along with others recently. They did send me a link though to the Popglory manufacturer so I emailed them and have had a reply although this just tells me to go back to the seller!! So it is looking like I am going to have to buy another watch so will go for something with more reliable backup next time.

For Trust Pilot you should have ZERO rating This company promises everything, next day delivery, within sent from within UK money back it’s all LIES, the free phone number is disconnected the online chat gets no replies it is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM to get customers to order using their credit card so when the company does not deliver the customer can claim back through their bank, oh if the item is over £30 there is no refund, how they get away with this I cannot figure, they owe me £79.99p

Small print, cannot return or refund items that cost more than £30 .. thieves!!!

SCAM SCAM never recieved this and got no reply to my messages and emails, contacted my bank and told them and got money back off my bank £79,99 within a week. Dont get conned by this farce company.CON

I only gave them one star because I couldn't choose zero! They will immediately take your money and will not dispatch the goods, and they will then ignore any subsequent attempts to contact them.

As with most of the reviews I've read here AFTER the fact, I wish I had read them before. I ordered a fitness watch from them on 27 July which was supposed to be next day delivery, and as of today (12 August) it still hasn't arrived and they have ignored all of my attempts to contact them.

I've now given up trying and asked my credit card company to take up the dispute with them, but they've told me we first have to give them 30 days to resolve the issue themselves. Hence I'm certain I'll be calling the credit card company again on 26 August!

Awful customer service. Ordered a drone 22nd July supposed to be delivered 7 - 10 days. No information from them regarding dispatch or shipping dates. After 14 days I tried to contact them via email, on line chat and a phone number which has been deleted. No feedback, no news nothing. I was getting really annoyed with this company and then 18 days later my drone arrived out of the blue. There was no 'heads up' info on the delivery time. Serious communication problems so I won't be using them again. Very stressful experience. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I wish i had read the reviews before parting with my money.Don't take any notice of the false statements they make.They don't respond to any form of communication and the phone number they list is out of service. It's time to the trade bodies and get them sorted out.

Not received, can't get hold of company.
Learnt a valuable lesson, ALWAYS CHECK A COMPANY OUT!

HOW CAN PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS??? NO MORALS

We ordered a Twin Bundle (his and hers) on 24th July. Contacted them by email, but no reply. Tried telephone number given, out of service. Paid by PayPal, so we hope they can get us our money back. We will check out companies in future before purchasing anything.

Paid for a fitbit watch online on the 17th July and still waiting delivery. Emailed 4 times to find out when the watch will be delivered, but no response. Worst online experience I have had. Please avoid!

absolutely scam. order a bundle i received one and it looks very cheap. i order another one, fit2go, though from a different company it turned out to be the same. never received it. emailed several times no reply. try to call number no in use.
is anyone dealing with these scams of the earth?

One star is generous. If you order a watch, you will pay £79 to Smrtlife and you will receive a watch costing £30 from Amazon. In our case, the watch was incompatible with the app. There was no Bluetooth facility. It was junk. If you try to send the watch back, you won't be able to. The order didn't come from you. You'll find you've been done over by a scam. Steer well clear.

Like an idiot I paid for a watch with these people. I now know I’ll never receive it. I’ve tried a couple of ways to contact them - nothing. I’m normally very good at checking companies out - for some reason I thought I was buying via Amazon- can’t believe I’ve been caught out !!

Scam site. Do not use. Ordered item over 4 weeks ago because of the ‘next day delivery’. guarantee. Nothing has arrived and several attempts to contact with no joy. Money is gone.

Ordered 10 days ago sent 2 emails asking where item was no response. Now talking to trading standards - bad company do not use

Same thing happened to me with seeds- arrived late and direct from Amazon where it for sale at half the price!
