This site was recommeded to me by a friend, and I am glad he did so. Very good retro shop, impressed with the standard of product and customer service.The products are ordered in a logical way and the menu system is easy to navigate. All the typlical questions are answered in an FAQ page so it is very useful. Anything not covered on their website was answered promptly by Jane and put my mind to rest. I found placing an order very straightforward. They accept credit or debit cards so anyone should be able to order. Delivery time is not fast but it is tracked and worth the wait. Very impressive.

I’ve been looking for a retro football shirt like this for years, and I finally found it on this site. It fits perfectly, feels great, and brings back awesome memories!

I placed an order for a shirt in late September and 14 weeks later it has not arrived and it looks like it never will. I have reached out to customer service close to ten times and every time they tell me to check my tracking number in a few days. But at no point has there been any information about the package.

Customer service keeps telling me they're doing everything they can, but at no point have I been offered an explanation, a refund, or a replacement shirt (in case the shirt was actually sent and was lost somewhere along the way).

So, unless the shirt suddenly miraculously shows up I would recommend never ordering from this site as I currently feel cheated out of my money and completely mislead by customer service.

Update: I finally receive my shirt on January 16th (almost four months after I had placed my order), but not before an additional €25 had been added at customs.

If I'm being fair I was offered both a partial and full refund for the shirt, because of the delay. But as the refund was contingient on the removal of this review I opted not to accept it seeing as it is the only reason they actually started paying attention to my missing order in the first place.

Placing the order was straightforward on their well-designed clutter-free website. The only issue was deciding which shirt to order - the variety on offer is mesmerising! Opted for one size up and am glad I did - it fits perfectly. Suffice to say, the standard of this reproduction is exquisite. Understand that delivery takes a while but this is explained on their website so is not an issue. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Received this shirt after a bit of a wait but am very happy. These shirts are absolute steal at the price and the quality is such that they will last for many years to come. Top notch.

All the features of the shirt are beautiful, either identical to, or better than the originals. These shirts are timeless, unlike the modern "fast-food" shirts.

Completely satisfied with the service from this company. Ordering was straightforward, the tracking instructions were explained clearly, and delivery was within the given timescale on their website. Yes they take a few weeks to deliver but this is transparent on their site so I have no complaints.- especially as the quality is so good. I am very happy with my shirt, the quality is excellent and the embroidery is just like the original shirts. Fabric is good quality unlike the flimsy Chinese shirts. These are manufactured to last. Delivery time was well within the timescales outlined on the website. I'll use SM Retro again and can recommend without any hesitations.
