Ships wrong item, doesn't correct their mistake in a timely fashion

The company shipped me the wrong product, then asked me to pay for return so they could refund me and promised to send the right product. They have not refunded me for the return shipment of their useless trash, nor have they sent me the product I bought and paid for, and now they are not responding to email either.

Edit: After I started a dispute process for the payment with my bank they finally woke up and sent me the item I had asked for, and then a handful of days later refunded me for the shipping fees I paid. I finally got the item almost a month after I ordered it, and in the mean time I had to buy a replacement from another store, so it's not super helpful but it's a bit whatever now.
