Hi,
1. One of the items that arrived was not what I ordered.
2. Sorry, your WhatsApp customer service is terrible. I received the order in on 17.6. The next day, I applied on WhatsApp to request an address to return the item with a picture and details of the problem, only after 10 days of correspondence, they sent me the return address.
On 1.6 I sent 2 of the items back. I ask to replace the one which i didnt order and replace tp size 40. Also the AirFootV2 - to replace to size 49 ( from 39).
I hope i wont need to wait "ages" to receive back the new items and a feedback when the items arrive at your warehouse.

Worst customer service
On 4/2 I placed an order and still haven't received the shipment
When I do a follow up it appears that it is on its way.
It's been two days with customer service on WhatsApp, I was told that an email will be sent to me from a shipping company that I will look for, I can't find the email, they tell me to look for the email like this for two days
Either send it again or give me my money back
