I got white shoes instead of the black shoes I ordered . I decided I want to return , and get my money back. I wrote 3 messages, and didn’t get any answer. I think that explains the 1 star. Hope to get a response, and to get my money back. Daphna Ben Amitai 0544602662

after 2 weeks that i wore the sandals the strip was torn.i wrote a few times but i am very disappointed not to get any response

It didnt fit to my size and I want to return them and get my money back

Sorry but the material is very poor almost carton paper and the shoes definitely gfar from orthopedic

The shoes arrived and did not fit me. On the same day I wrote and asked for instructions to return them. I did not receive an answer. I asked again and received an answer that I will be contacted. Since then nothing.

The shoes are extremely rigid and uncomfortable. I tried turning to you to return them but have been completely ignored
Instead I am bombarded with pleas to buy more items

1. One of the items that arrived was not what I ordered.
2. Sorry, your WhatsApp customer service is terrible. I received the order in on 17.6. The next day, I applied on WhatsApp to request an address to return the item with a picture and details of the problem, only after 10 days of correspondence, they sent me the return address.

On 1.6 I sent 2 of the items back. I ask to replace the one which i didnt order and replace tp size 40. Also the AirFootV2 - to replace to size 49 ( from 39).
I hope i wont need to wait "ages" to receive back the new items and a feedback when the items arrive at your warehouse.

On 4/2 I placed an order and still haven't received the shipment
When I do a follow up it appears that it is on its way.
It's been two days with customer service on WhatsApp, I was told that an email will be sent to me from a shipping company that I will look for, I can't find the email, they tell me to look for the email like this for two days
Either send it again or give me my money back
This is not customer service

Just wanted to say that this was the best and easiest shoping experience I've ever had !! And the products are so good it's ridiculous😍🤩
