Smöom has changed my skin dramatically! They offer some of the best moisturisers for my skin. I have pretty hormonal acne but Smöom puts a stop to that. My makeup has never looked more glowy as it works as a perfect base! I use the day & night face floss. A little goes a long way. I think the price is ideal as well! As an international customer, I can say the shipping is super fast and my products always arrive in perfect condition - product is still amazing as well! I can’t thank the owner enough for being so nice & accommodating. Can’t wait for my next package to arrive :) You won’t regret using any of the Smöom products!

I have been using Smoom face creams for a year now, having initially seen footage on Instagram of the product being made. I have 50 year-old sensitive skin prone to rosacea and used Avene for years (however it was not nourishing enough leading to dryness). With Smoom this has completely gone away - it is such a great product and I am a complete convert. My daughter tried it as she has teenage skin, but it was too rich for her. I love it as a face cream and lip balm... the consistency does vary between batches; sometimes if it is too solid I put a few drops of almond oil in overnight to soften it, which does the trick.
Looking at other reviews, I agree that I'm not a fan of the bulb-shared bottle! But it certainly doesn't put me off and for me personally this product is perfect.

Just received my order and my face cream is full of air and has cream all around the rim and the leave in hair oil does not re-seal everytime I close it it springs back open cannot be fully shut after opening, after speaking with the team they have been more than helpful and explained that due to the heat the products seem to have melted in transport and the dodgy seal is being replaced with a new one

Amazing product, phenomenal customer service!

This used to be fantastic, so much so I had a subscription for Immortel Face Floss. I even gifted it to my mum and three sisters…that’s how much I loved it. So what happened????
When I first discovered Smoom it came in a little clear glass jar. Tiny it was but you only needed a fingertip full to cover your whole face in its beautiful shea-buttery-ness. It was set quite firmly in the little pot and you had to wait and let the heat from your fingertip melt it slightly so you could apply it. Sounds hideous but the whole ritual was something I looked forward to and the scent was divine.
At 50…it was great for my skin and was totally happy with the way it made my skin feel. It was great…and believe me I’ve tried soooo many face creams, moisturisers, balms and serums. I thought I’d found the one I’d been looking for for most of my adult life…
Until they changed it. First the pot. What a bloody disaster. It has a lip inside the jar that makes it horrible to get the cream out and if you have nails with any length then this is going to get on your nerves. Because of the shape of the newly bastardised jar most of it ends up under your nail. And the cream. No longer lovely firm shea butter…sadly whipped up none sense that is just horrible. I hate it. I’ve cancelled my subscription. So has my mum and all of my sisters. If it changes back I’ll happily subscribe. But like most things when profiteering is to be had what’s the loss of a few customers?
I guess if you didn’t know the old Face Floss then you might think this is still great but I will add that you are settling for second best.

Wouldn’t use anything else on my skin. It’s done me wonders, everyone compliments my skin saying how beautiful it is!!

I love this brand so much! My favourite products are the immortelle face floss, day face floss and plum leave in hair oil. I love how much thought, care and passion goes into the brand and there’s no harmful chemicals in any of the products. The products feel high quality and I can see a huge difference to my hair and skin when I use them.

The best night cream ever. And it smells amazing! I keep coming back!

Working my way through all the creams but the Immortelle is my favourite! These creams are pure and effective. Excellent availability, fast delivery and regular discounts. Overall a great company to use!

I’ve bought multiple products from smoom and I can’t fault any of them. I now don’t use anything else for my skin! Love them!

I absolutely love this product I just bought the new immortal cream & it’s amazing. I still have some bottles left that Im using from last years order. I’d like to buy the blossom butter too :) when will it be back in stock please?

This cream is absolutely fantastic.
I used to buy from another company for my son's eczema but they are always out of stock and we needed some assp as his hands had become very sore .
This cream has work incredibly well but most importantly he's happy that his hands are healing and the cream does not sting .
The item was delivered very fast too .

Since using Smoom products my skin feels so much better, my redness has reduced and generally look a look fresher!

Was very excited to receive this product. One of the pots was quite damaged on the lid, but no biggy. Pots are tiny and I didn’t mind this initially as ‘a lot goes a long way’ but i’ve found I need to use much more than the website says. I’ve been using it for 5 days now (day and night cream, and used the face mask once on day 1), and my skin has actually become drier. The tip of my nose, below the left side of my nose and under the right side of my lip are actually so dry they are peeling. Below my lip the dry patch is also quite sore and the skin has broken, but not in a spot.

All the other areas of my skin feel quite lovely, it’s just these three areas? I do also use a small amount of tretinoin which i’ve been on for over 6 months, but i’ve used this with numerous other creams and had no issues. I didn’t apply my tretinoin for two seperate nights, and it made no difference.

I’ve also find both creams feel a little gritty when I put them on. I assume this is due to the natural ingredients.

Will update this review after a couple of weeks.

UPDATE:
So I stopped using after a few more days as the areas of skin became drier, red and bumpy. Turns out I had peri oral dermatitis from this product and despite stopping using it, it got worse and worse, ended up with a referral to dermatology and months of antibiotics. Clear now, but will never use smoom again unfortunately. Shame as it wasn’t cheap! I’ve used a LOT of skincare and never ever had a reaction like this before. Be mindful!

In response to the reply from smoom- I have never previously had sensitive skin which is why I hadn’t gone for the sensitive / fragrance free products. My mistake in that I thought leaving a review was making contact as was invited to review.

Amazing product and great service. Changed my skincare routine after trying so many different options and nothing ever working. Found Smoom and couldn’t be happier. Affordable, great product with maximum results - starting to regain my confidence again - thank you

Love this product but wish I could buy a larger sized amount. Product is so small I go through it so quickly.

I've recently had rosacea which left my skin incredibly dry. Smoom put back the moisture in my skin quickly and efficiently

Package well, looks lovely. Sent in a good time frame

However didn’t like the smell of the product, smelt like paraffin and made my skin feel weird is the only way I can describe it. Skin Didn’t come up red, but it didn’t feel comfortable on my skin. Maybe just my sensitive skin

Too little time to tell if it's made a difference to my redness yet but it's a great little product, smells good and my sensitive skin has not reacted. The smallest amount goes a long way. Hopefully will get the day one to compliment the night floss soon.

For the price I think this product has a lot to prove.
You don’t get a lot which is fine but the website is very misleading and the only indication of the ml amount is in the photo of the product. Not in the description.
I have noticed a little difference but can’t put it wholly down to the cream.
