Not talking pocket money
I wish my experience reflected the other reviews, which I had checked. Despite numerous messages through all imaginable means and phone calls item was not sent for 19 days with no previous acknowledgement/out of office and after cut off date. Not sent by courier and no C.O.A. which I was messaged (after call finally answered and request for something in writing) could be sent with insurance valuation. Replied during business hours asking that be actioned immediately. Back to being ignored. Keep giving this outfit benefit of the doubt but not happy.
Update: Took alot more chasing and being ignored but order was finally completed after four weeks 11 days after cut off.
