The added delivery charge means we have reduced our subscription
We used to use Smol for washing up liquid, stain remover, washing pods and dishwasher tablets but now they have introduced a postage charge it is no longer cost effective. We can’t store everything bought in bulk so now we just get 4 packs of dishwasher tablets and some washing up liquid at a time and suspended all other deliveries.

The account is easy to use and easy to cancel or postpone. Delivery is always on time . I find the products really good especially the fabric softener I use the minimal amount and my clothes smell fresh and clean.

I've used SMOL products for a couple of…
I've used SMOL products for a couple of years now and really impressed with not just the positive impact for the environment but how good the products actually are. The dish washer tablets and clothes washing products are excellent and we use the 'rubber' gloves and cleaning cloths too and wouldn't swap back for anything.
We don't use everything SMOL produce but what we do use we'd recommend 100%.

Lovely products
Lovely products, gentle smell to the dish wash, bathroom cleaner, floor and general cleaner. Has so far been gentle on my hands too. Does a good job in the cleaning too and all at a reasonable price whilst doing some good for the environment. I’ve tried other brands but not as good as smol.

Simple and Easy
It’s great not having to think about what antibacterial spray to buy, that won’t irritate my breathing etc. My favourite thing though is you are not constantly throwing away plastic bottles. So simple and easy.

SMOL product good, Royal Mail not so
SMOL product & packaging was extremely safe & secure. However, the ‘Speedyhen’ Royal Mail delivery, left the package on my doorstep & didn’t even look for my safe place in Shed 1. It was unlocked waiting for the package which was a double delivery & too large for my letter box.

Great products but no great containers
Love the products although find the plastic bottles very ugly. The colours of the products are also garish and don’t go with my decor! Purdy & Figg brown glass bottles are much nicer but do like the products.
Dishwasher capsules are brilliant and like handwashing, fabric softener and washing capsules. Would love them to smell nice though. My friend, who l recommended you to thinks the same…

I have switched to multiple products…
I have switched to multiple products with Smol as I started using the dishwasher supplier first sometime last year.
The best part is the convenience of ordering as and when I can project, pause or delay the subscription.
The products are as good as any other well known brand, if not better in that you know you are using environmentally responsible chemicals - doing your bit for the environment too.

Laundry - great; dishwasher - a little disappointing
I ordered samples of the laundry and dishwasher tablets. I am pleased with the laundry ones so far and will continue to use. The dishwasher tablets don’t get rid of brown tea stains in mugs and my cutlery is pretty streaky so disappointed in their performance. I will continue to use but use my previous brand every 3 washes to get rid of the stains and see how that works out.

I have been using smol for about 3 years now and nothing works better! The kitchen spray breaks down oil , washing liquid is brilliant for cleaning , fabric softener and the washing pods are all great. Would highly recommend! Pricing is great too!
