Great Company to deal with

Great Company to deal with. Any questions answered right away. Great tracking system so know where your cig's are. Good variety to choose from. Give discounts which we all apprecite. Never had a problem receiving my cigs, and always packaged well.

I think the service is amazing

I think the service is amazing, the staff (Linda) is awesome. Friendly and fast. James is fantastic I made a wrong choice and he corrected it fast.

Great Place if you Have 2-3 wks You can Wait for DELIVERY!!!!

You guys need a -star system cause 1 star is too many. -And businesses can pay to take down negative reviews?! What a world we livev in.
Ordered on 1st, no pick up until 6th (New information now shows it was actually the 8th before it shipped). Delivery date was the 12th, then 11th, then the 13th ALL IN THE SAME DAY. then on 11th I get an update of delivery on 12th. Yes you geussed it! But there is a twist- on the morning of the 13th my tracking estimate says "We will update when possible". The shipping took so long that I had to buy local (Cause I'm an ADDICT) now I'm out twice as much- ridiculous. This is the place to shop if you have 2-3 weeks you can wait......Good Job Guys!

Slow, Poor Service and full of Crap

They had my money by the 1st, I won't see anything until the 13th. Completely off from their Q&A. Customer service only thanked me for my patients.

Please don't BS. You had my money on the 1st and it was processed. UPS only got the package on the 7th. I got that same bs answer from customer service. I SPOKE to UPS. You took forever, not the carrier. And my patience are long gone for your company. You have no business saying that you ship the next day when the 9am cut off is missed. And you have no business suggesting your customer service does anything beyond share the same "patience" crap you did just now.

And if we want to be really honest, you withheld my money when I asked for my money returned as nothing was obtained by UPS at the time I asked. And because you only take etransfer customers have no choice but bow to you.

You also send an email saying it was shipped when it sat for days with "label created" which was minutes after you got my money and they would NOT have had time to pick it up.

Stuff your warm regards. 2 weeks is not 2-5 days and you've done NOTHING but offer platitudes.

You website offers a discount for 5 star reviews with a screen shot of proof, I DOUBT your REAL rating is 5 stars at all.

Especially when your chat window is automated responses.

Happy customer

I have been ordering my smokes for the last 6 months. Every order has been on time or a day earlier than expected. I'm very happy with this service because of that, but I'm also very happy with the pricing, discounts, collection of points which can be used to get money off the order. All around I'm very pleased with this company. It's a great service to someone who has to watch every penny of their budget.

The Company is great for the most part

The Company is great for the most part, and I honestly believe that they do try hard to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Not an easy task for sure!

So it makes me feel bad to post anything negative. However I feel it’s only fair that I be truthful in my latest experience.

I placed an order and I ended up having to wait several days and contact them to find out what was going on as I didn’t receive any information from them at all regarding my shipment or even that they received my payment. I was kinda disappointed because they say they will send you notification within a specific timeframe and then you will receive your shipment within a specific timeframe etc.

This has not been the case lately. When I contacted them regarding the situation I felt like I was not treated very respectfully by the one person and they never give me any help. It’s always the same thing.

You will get it when it’s updated etc.
but they are not respecting the fact that I had not received any information about my payment or anything else no tracking number and it had already been a week or almost a week if I remember correctly? Since I had paid for the order so I should have been receiving it right away not waiting to hear from them that my tracking number has not even been updated in the system yet!

And shipping has been a problem for awhile now. It’s not just due to the strikes that have happened.
Again, I appreciate that smokes Canada is a great company and they do try very hard to make their customers happy.
But they don’t seem to do enough to address the concerns or the issues or to make things right with customers who have had problems. They just say they will look into it or whatever and that’s the last thing you hear. But nothing seems to change.
It can be a little bit frustrating.
But I will stick with them for now and hopefully they will address the issues
