The Ecostove product spot on

The Ecostove product is spot on; it is double-wrapped when delivered, and the product bags are more robust than the standard plastic sacks, keeping it from getting wet and staying wet.

Excellent, best value for money

Excellent customer service, delivery of coal excellent and on time, we ordered the eco coal and it's brilliant, get lovely and hot even with the fire turned down low, lasts a long time it was still glowing red without putting anymore coal on the next day, highly recommend this company as also fantastic and best prices around, excellent value for money.

Prompt and Efficient service

Returning customer. I buy 1 tonne of coal from smokeless coal express every winter. Order it on a Monday and its delivered to the south on a pallet by the end of the week. Would recommend this company.
