Love this site have ordered multiple times and always had a positive experience with them will differently order from them again

I purchased the mystery box for 59. With the so call sale price of being half off, description below says you will receive up to double value so that means up to 240.00 possibly in value. Opened up my box first thing I noticed was a plastic grinder? Really who would use a plastic grinder??? I wrote a email and never received a response from the company I am pretty disappointed with the quality of some of the items in the 120. Mystery box.

Fast delivery and best price on the web. Will definitely continue buying my lookah coils with Smokeday.

Do not recommend they will rip you off and do not respond after to resolve. You have been warned sell trash broken items and won’t replace horrible online store

I had a very hard time finding a really thick round bottom online. And in store locally but smokeday had the perfect one im honestly thinking about buying the pink variant just to have a back up or for my girlfriend lol

Not very durable, broke after only 10 days after one accidental hit

The glass I ordered was shipped quickly and discreetly, nothing was broken upon delivery. It's also perfect thickness so I'm not worried about fragility or chipping, the customer service team, especially Rose Ann are very nice and helpful. 1st purchase - arrived with a broken downstem after paying for protection and being assured it would arrive in perfect condition. Why would they ship the downstem inside of the piece?? My order is full of broken glass I have to clean up in hopes what I got is even still usable

Bought the glass pipe mystery treasure box as a christmas present for my brother. Disappointed as i was expecting a box, but got a bubble mailer, which is partially why i went with product for the box (which i read it would be plain and that was okay it’s just easier to wrap). The glass pipe is cool looking, sure he will get the moneys worth. Guess i was expecting a little more from it as it says it could have up to $50 worth, i just didn’t feel like i got that. But what do i know as i do not smoke, haha.
Received glass pipe, raw cone rolling papers, raw rolling papers, plastic grinder and a one hitter.
