Although I was slightly fearful of RoyalMail mishandling my package, the team at Smoke Cartel packages everything safely & thoughtfully; it did take a little while to arrive (2-3 Weeks) however the team never took too long to reply to an email & never made me feel like a burden for the initial tracking not working… All team members are lovely to speak to & are more than helpful enough, as stated before, my main concern was the handling of my parcel within the UK, however the box was duly wrapped in ‘FRAGILE’ tape & everything was individually wrapped in bubble wrap. All that being said, if you are a fellow Kingdomer, make sure that you do not order via subscription, pay the extra $5 as I initially ordered the subscription box & it had to be refunded as due to the subscription something flags up & you will not receive your smoke box; I was informed immediately by the team & reordered as a single purchase & it worked perfectly fine, my only problem was the in-house delay (my sides, not anything done by the guys at SC)

Thanks again for a wonderful service guys, I will definitely be returning!

Let's start out by stating that smoke cartel and their affiliates are not Better Business Bureau accredited. That just says right off the bat that you are taking your chances dealing with this company. Sold me one of their cipher vapes. Underpowered, inconsistent operation. Contacted smoke cartel. Wanted me to send a video of me trying to vape marijuana out of their faulty product. Really ? You have to try a vape to see if it works but once you try it becomes absolutely unreturnable according to their small printed policy. Told them I don't know how to send videos so they told me just go ahead and send one. Instantly started giving me the old shyster company standard runaround bull that seemed to be echoed prominently all over the internet. Better hope you get lucky with your purchase from smoke cartel because they won't honor any attempt to return their faulty merchandise. If you do get lucky with a return it will only be after they have you jumping thru hoop after hoop and most likely you will need an attorney. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They also did not post my respectful negative review on their website, checked later and product page still said : be the first to write a review. On a product that has been out for quite a while. Really ?

They were quick to respond, they immediately helped me when I showed them my problem.

When I wanted to cancel an order the company was quick and responsive to meet my request!

At first there was a little problem with the order processing, but it didn't take them long at all. They kept me informed with their progress. Customer service 10, the product is great to. I love the different themed boxes.

I bought a few things and an item was missing. I contacted them and they sent a better item. The communication was great and I'll be buying from them again

item missing in my order. contacted them, said they’d let me know if their “relevant teams” that were researching the issue found anything. contacted again, same AI sounding response. not a major financial loss, but they still refuse to do the right thing. and repeatedly thanking me for my “patience and understanding” has become almost condescending/patronizing. customer service is a joke.

I have made two orders and none of them were ever shipped out. Had to wait a month before finally cancelling them. They’re customer service is unhelpful and support doesn’t seem to care

So I ordered a water pipe and an herb slide. I received the herb slide first and only one was delivered. All the herb slides that they sell on the site are anywhere from seven to $13. This one was $30. That had a picture of three slides. Due to the picture I ordered it because it seemed like a good deal. When I received the package, there was only one slide present, so I contacted customer service and informed them of my issue. I was transferred around a couple times just to find out that just because the picture showed three slides. It was still only one slide. It’s a $30 order even if I was in the wrong which I wasn’t you would think a company would try to make this right. They did not instead they double down and offered a return label. Do not order from this company. They are obviously here for profit and no other reason hence they’re 2.6 star rating.

I purchase to this store 4 years ago and they did not ship my item. when I move I forgot about it then I just remember this recently I ask for refund but they do not offer me this guy's stole my money and they don't have a policy regarding this. this business is sucks and scam

Honestly, I usually do my due diligence on site reviews before purchases, but this time I jumped at a sale I was waiting for. Looking at this site left me expecting the worst, but honestly? I had a perfect experience.

When I had an issue I reached out to support and received a response in a few hours and was able to resolve it. Shipping was prompt and tracked/insured by Route, and arrived 3 days after purchase.

Literally the best prices by far even without a sale going on. Almost too good to be true, but I guess I lucked out. Very happy with my purchase will try my luck again!

I purchased a small bong from Smoke Cartel. It was so badly designed that the insert holding the cannabis was very loose and it could fall out with little movement.
I had to send a video to Smoke Cartel to show them how badly the insert fitted, its poor fitting was very clear.
It was referred to another member of staff who decided it was due to it's small size!
I then wrote to them to say the design was hoaky and I had to find a rubber band to fit on it to make it work and that is unsatisfactory for a new product.
They then sent me a duplicate of their previous response, showing an absolutely nonchalant approach to after care service. "It's a small bong and that's the way it is" was their response.
This is not the type of after care service a customer wants in the face of other competitors who would be likely to offer a much better approach.
