I contacted Smiths Financial Solutions because i was trying to purchase a retirement property and I had been turned down by my initial mortgage company due to the age restriction on the property. It turned out that the majority of mainstream lenders will not lend on any property with an age restriction.
Richard took down all my details and the property details and managed to find 2 lenders who would lend on a retirement property, he took care of all the paperwork to apply for the loan and liaised with me at every point.

Richard was my mortgage broker who was suggested by many others in a group for share to buy. He is efficient; got the DIP within a day and submitted my mortgage application shortly after that. My case was not very simple but he took the time to understand all the points. There was no follow-up questions by the lender on the documents that he submitted.
