STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! Scam company from China. First of all they add New York to their name to fool you into thinking that's where they're based but they're not. I ordered $380 worth of clothes mostly for a vacation, 3 weeks before my vacation. The order didn't arrive till after my vacation so I didn't need the 3 caftans I ordered. The entire order was complete GARBAGE but I felt bad returning everything so I decided to keep one button down shirt. Their return policy says 30 day moneyback guarantee so I emailed them asking for return instructions. Of course there's no phone number on the website. It took them a week to respond but finally they asked why & what was wrong with the order? So again trying to be nice, I said 3 items I needed weeks ago and the rest don't fit, but I'm keeping one button down shirt. So they send me a link (again days later) to their size chart to replace the items for size. I said I don't want to replace them I just want a full refund. Another week goes by and they offer me a 10% discount to keep everything. I declined and asked for the return address. They don't give me the address but now offer me a 20% discount to keep everything. Again, I asked for their return address which they finally give me along with an offer of a 30% discount. They finally give me an address in China and inform me that there's an additional charge of $9.95 extra for EVERY ITEM I'm returning! I emailed back and said I'm pretty sure this is illegal since you did not state this on your website. If I had known you were in China, I never would have ordered from you. Thankfully, I had disputed this with my bank as soon as I realized there was going to be trouble getting my money back and when I spoke to my bank, they said they contacted them and they told them that they tried to contact me and I never answered them back. Big lesson learned! from now on I don't order from any company that has a Facebook ad and as far as any other companies, I look on trust pilot first and then I look for a return address. And if they have an American city as part of their name, that's also a red flag. I just looked up another company that added Boston to their name and they're from China - same scam
