I thought this was a repticle company, when my trainers came, they are not genuine hokka, they actually made my planter facetious worse, emailed them did everything they asked, when ut came to refund... See more

If only l had read these reviews
If only l had read these reviews. I thought this was a UK company. I ordered a pair of shoes which took weeks to arrive. When they did they were the wrong size, now l am struggling to get my money back.
Hoka looks fake
Hoka looks fake, can see the glue of the shoe coming off.
Should have checked for review.
Also doesn't have the comfortable fitting HOKA does.
Not sure how to claim my money back
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. My fault for using them. They don't answer questions about your shipment or when it will be delivered. They should be ashamed of themselves, seriously. I ordered someGel-Kayano 31 Cushioned Stability Running Shoes – Lightweight Breathable Road Trainers. At the beginning of the month. After a week I messaged them and asked them for an update. I received a very nice reply,,, and then, nothing. I think this website should be banned and removed, especially as they have a UK email account.
Ordered some Hoka Trainers for £55, they are "fake".
Ordered some Hoka Trainers for £55, should have checked it beforehand. They arrived (took over 1 month) and are clearly imitation and not real Hoka trainers.
The materials are inferior, holes on outside do not match up with holes on the inners, the insoles slip and are not fitted well, the soles are very spongy and do not have the support of real Hokas. Looking at the reviews, I do not think it is worth trying to return them so will put it down to experience.
Don't be tempted, it's likely to end in frustration and disappointment
Wish I had read the reviews on here before placing my order for Hoka trainers,.from what I thought was a British company. The trainers arrived after 3 weeks. Sadly they are fakes. Lesson learnt. I will not caught out again and in future will only order from trusted retailers within the UK
FAKE TRAINERS BEWARE!!!!
Have been sent fakes and am still waiting for my second pair of trainers which also assume are going to be fake. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!
I only saw the bad reviews after I made…
I only saw the bad reviews after I made the purchase but my bad. They do say you get what you pay for.
Took them 3 weeks to deliver some trainers. The 'Shop' App and Tracking info they provide are totally useless. Tells you nothing, didn't even know I'd received them. And they don't respond to any emails or enquiries.
As for the trainers, have to see how that works out.
Won't be buying from them again. Avoid.
Dont deal with this company @!
Ordered hoka trainers eventually turned up after a month. Wrong size. Asked for return address not forthcoming. Asked for a picture of the shoes?? Now asking if I woukd like a replacement. What!! As if. This may look like a .co.uk address but it is not the goods are coming from China and they do not want a return. Deal with this outfit at your peril!!!
Terrible
Terrible. Still waiting for my order and it has been three weeks. Received the same cut-and-paste email on the two occasions I tried to find out where it was… no tracking details. Forget about the Shop App - just another way they want you to order more and deliver late .
Here is an update on this review. Today is the 8th of July and I placed the order on 6 May. More than two months has passed and I still don't have my shoes. I did get a pair of shoes a month after I ordered them, but they were the wrong shoes. Despite several promises being made with regards to refunds, I have seen nothing from Smith Fashion.
I have even translated parts of my email in chinese in hope that will speed things up.
This company has pick a UK domain for their website to deceive potential customers in thinking this is a UK company that can be trusted - they cannot be trusted.
Don’t make my mistake.
Don’t. They took my £70 but delivered nothing. Their customer support is, I suspect, just a way to delay requests for refunds.
Ordered a pair of hoka trainers before…
Ordered a pair of hoka trainers before reading reviews what a mistake, 20 days later nothing and now not responding to my emails, do not buy from this scam outfit , ill put it down to a lesson learned ,I ordered through shop and they aren't interested either, as a platform for these scammers I find that shocking..
The company is basically a scam site
The company is basically a scam site, no communications, it needs blocking by Google.Dont be fooled by price, buy from a reputable company.
Bought a pair of hoka running shoes…
Bought a pair of hoka running shoes from this company, they advertised as a uk based company but are really based in China, customer service is the worst ever with communication non existent, when the running shoes eventually arrived nearly 5 weeks later I checked them for authentication and found straight away that they are fake i recommend never buy anything from Smith Fashion UK they rip you off.
This company is a fake! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This company is a fake. Fake items, long delivery service because is coming from china. The tracking number doesn’t even register when you put in the details.
Trying to get a refund is like drawing blood from a stone. 22 emails I have sent to them requesting a refund as I wasn’t happy with the product and they send me the same email.
I have done what they have asked!!! All I want is my money back. Funnily enough I’ve tried reporting them to Trading Standards guess what?…. They don’t even have any associating with the UK just the name. Everything is China based. The telephone number they have put in their website it bloody useless.
I thought I was getting a good deal by Hoka Trainers from them but no I wasn’t wrong and now I’m down £60. There’s literally NO WAY I’m getting a refund.
Absolute con!! Do not buy from these people
Absolute con!!! Do not buy from these people. Ordered trainers which came after 2 weeks and were wrong size. I Have sent 4 emails requesting refund process and they have ignored my request and each time they reply saying item has been delivered, without any refund process attached The Telephone number is from abroad and they do not answer. Stay away from this company!!!
I believe this is a scam, my order now does not exist
No ability to track order. Do not order from here
A masterclass in the ancient art of taking your money and then doing absolutely nothing useful with it.
I ordered two pairs of trainers from smithfashion.co.uk, which presents itself with all the confidence of a British retailer — .co.uk domain, prices in pounds, the lot. What it neglects to mention, until your package takes a scenic route across several thousand miles of ocean, is that it's shipping from China. A small detail they apparently forgot to include anywhere prominent on the website. Terribly sorry for the oversight, I'm sure.
They did, to their credit, provide a tracking number. This tracking number was, by any measurable standard, completely fictional. It tracked nothing. It went nowhere. It was the digital equivalent of a shrug. Four days in, having received neither shoes nor any evidence that shoes would ever materialise, I requested a refund. They declined. Not apologetically, not with any useful explanation — they simply declined, presumably because refunding customers would interfere with their core business model.
The only way I got my money back was by filing a claim with my credit card company — a process that should be entirely unnecessary when dealing with what presents itself as a legitimate UK retailer. The credit card claim, incidentally, worked perfectly. Unlike the tracking number, the delivery, the customer service, or any other aspect of Smith Fashion's operation.
Do yourself a considerable favour and spend your money somewhere that actually intends to send you something.
Appears to essentially be a scam
Appears to essentially be a scam. Apparently uk operation, but tracking pages seem Chinese, orders take ages to arrive and when they do items are missing or of very poor quality. Simply avoid.
I made the mistake of not checking…
I made the mistake of not checking first. Got fooled thinking it was a British company but it’s being shipped from China it’s now been 3 weeeks and nothing arrived and I am not even sure it will be real product anw! Since Brexit it the number of this fake British website but really it’s broke delivers from China without it being written is staggering and really frustrating! I will get my credit car company involved to sort this out now!
Do not buy from them it's a scam
Do not buy from them it's a scam. Ordered hoka trainers, they never came and company uncontainable. They are theives and should be ashamed of themselves are there parents probably are. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
