Order item , never delivered, promised a refund, hasnt yet arrived after months of waiting, looks like I got scammed

I ordered Hoka trainer's, they are fake without a shadow of a doubt. Asked for a refund, eventually was offered a 70% refund and I could keep the trainer's. It's now been 8 weeks since they told me the refund had been processed, I have received nothing. Emailed them numerous time's and there responses are absolute rubbish. Please do not order from this site you will regret it if you do.

Just echoing everyone else - this is a scam company, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I purchased Hoka's over two months ago and have not received the shoes or the refund I have twice been assured is on it's way.

Unable to contact for a week and they have taken the money. Have to wait 15 days to report them to the bank. Not sure how they are still in business. Do not use!

Total scammers. After 6 weeks an order for Hoka 10 trainers had not arrived despite constant assurances in response to e mails and constant reference to tracking info which does not work. Resulted in my cancellation of order and request for refund. Numerous e mails saying refund had been sanctioned and would be with me after 5 then 10 the 15 days. No refund has been received after a month so I will have to go through credit card dispute procedure.
I’m probably relieved that I cancelled in view of reviews stating that products are fakes and inferior quality.

I ordered the incorrect size 3 months ago and after 6 emails I still haven’t been able to replace them. They were a gift for my sister I feel extremely disappointed and let down by this company.

I would give them a minus figure if that was possible. Goods never arrived, I chased this and customer service never give a date. I’ve asked for a refund to my credit card which has never arrived. I’m having to try and recover my money the credit card dispute process. Absolute scam artists.

Do not order from Smith Fashion / they are not based in the UK. I ordered a pair of trainers they never arrived. I’ve been chasing to get my money back for over a month now. Rubbish! Take head/ do not order from them.

Still waiting for delivery after 2 months. They now tell me that they are going to refund my money. When? Wish I'd researched this site before buying. Suggestion: DO NOT USE.

Claim to be uk company ship your order straight from china but on website says shipped from within the UK.surely this is illegal.

I wish I'd done some research before ordering trainers from Smith Fashion. I had no idea they were being shipped from China. It wasn't possible to track the item, and I kept being reassured they would arrive.
After a month waiting for my order I contacted them to cancel and ask for a refund. I've now waited another 2 weeks, with several emails reassuring me that a refund is being processed, but not surprisingly nothing has appeared in my account. Please give them a wide berth.

15 emails later ...not getting my money back ....fake trainers..wanted a photo of my legit pair to compare! Wish I'd read reviews first.

Do not use. Ordered Hokas assuming UK company and quick delivery but 2 weeks later not arrived. Emailed company and they have replied with a tracking link that doesn't work. I need for holiday so now ordered from elsewhere (after much due diligence). Said I will return for refund when they arrive (if ever). Have offered me 15% back to keep. Asked for returns label to be sent and if that fails I will try bank as an obvious scam/fraud company.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Absolute joke of a company. After 6 weeks no delivery managed to raise a complaint and took 3 weeks more for a refund. Absolute garbage, dont but anything from these scam artists. I was lucky I got the chance to pay instalments and stopped payments

If I could award zero stars I would. Lesson learnt - complete due diligence before buying. They are not a reputable organisation. Product was too big and poor quality - believed to be fake. Return could only be made to China at cost to consumer. Offer of a refund but yet to receive weeks later. 100% scam.

Really annoying they don't bothered to reply on email at all. UK Contact number useless just ringing! Report them to Consumer rights and Citizen advice bureau it's not UK base company. Customer services really BAD non responsive. Avoid this scammer.

Utter and complete failure to deliver with repeated reassurances given for product delivery and when that failed the refund too. In a few words….LOOK ELSEWHERE and do not buy from these people.
Dreadful in every respect.

Like everyone else I made the mistake of ordering from this fraudulent company . Money was taken but one month later my item has not arrived . I contacted customer service and they did the delay tactics, “give us 2 more weeks we have lots of orders”Then today emailed again and now “ oh we are having a glitch in our system contact your bank” Worst company ever , have reported them to the NCSC , also have filed complaint with Shopify who processes their orders .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
