Just rang then Smileyhomey.com they said they are not connected with SheSwish, they said SheSwish is a company hidden in China. They actually are SheSwish, police will now get involved. DONT TOUCH SHESWISH AND SMILEYHOMEY THEY ARE ON THE SAME POT................SCAMMERS.

This site scammed me out of $40. Never received any product and never got a credit back.

I order over a month ago never received product when paid thru paypal listed as Smileyhomie but my email says moonlitblue and site not available....SCAM!!!!

Scam paid for strapless bra paid through PayPal on my partners account on June the 11th still not received them

SCAM Do NOT buy protect your money!!is been over a month and I didn’t receive the product I have to file a dispute with my bank, trying to have my Money back.

Never received my items now with no response from the company I’m escalating it to PayPal don’t do it

I order from them over over two months ago and still have not received my products. now you cant get a hold of them and there wed site is no long up and running. SCAM be careful with is company. i think if we all went to or banks and made a claim we would get or money back.

I ordered 3 items from this company in June through a Facebook ad and have not received them. I have sent 3 emails asking for an update on my purchase and have been ignored!!

I placed an order through a link in a Facebook ad. My Paypal account was charged on June 22, 2020. The item was supposedly shipped on June 29. I still haven't received it as of July 21. The company webpage is not available.

Confirm this FB linked ad is bogus. Ordered item from Smileyhomey since April and have yet to receive any reply from them.

I placed an order on June 8, 2020, I never got a confirmation email although my credit card was charged! This company is a scam!!! I tried to call the number on my cc statement but it was PayPal. I will dispute this charge! How can Facebook sponsor such a fraudulent website! I'm one upset person!!!!!!! Shut them down!!

Facebook allows this scam company to advertise hair pieces under half a dozen different company names. This one was Brilliaire.com. I used PayPal and they list the company as She Swish Ltd. but my Visa lists it as Smileyhomey.com. When you order, they offer a discount on other products. I ordered on June 15 and it is now July 20. There is no tracking number and they refuse to communicate. When I click on "View Your Order", the page does not exist. I have disputed the charge to my Visa account.

I would not have even selected 1 star, as their customer service and business ethics sucked, and I'm ashamed to know that their are businesses and people whom work for these businesses that have no shame. Placed an order may 5th, and have yet to receive product. My anger and disgust lies within the fact that I have sent plenty of emails seeking assistance, and have yet to be acknowledged with a response, and or tracking number. I'm so sick of this this, and my next move is to contact the bureau of better business, and will continue to harass them until something is done. I have no tolerance for thieves, and people who choose to waste my time.

SCAM! The site I ordered from is no longer live. I ordered early May. Asked for refund June 23. They responded to my first refund request saying it was in transit, but the tracking showed it stuck in China for over 6 weeks. After that crickets. I contacted PayPal. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the seller to respond. If they don't PayPal will get involved. I'm sure PayPal has had numerous disputes filed.

Garbage finally arrived after 3 months. Horrible company!
