Bad communication, I did everything they asked, I send photos every 4 weeks of the progress. After the final photo, it wasn’t the result they promised me. I told them, but no reply since. Don’t do business with them

I don't know what to start from so I guess best would be to copy & paste whole email string communication between SmileUnion and me.
I had to wait more than a month (6 weeks ore something) before I reciefed my package, the instructions where not 100% clear so i didnt made a clear sample. Al togheter not a professional company.

I'm on my third pair of aligners (total of 16), and even tho the second pair was a bit more uncomfortable than normal, they are very easy to wear and take off. Some people don't realise I have them on and you can only hear it a bit when speaking too fast.
On the other hand, communication with the tram is very fast and effective.
I have high expectations with the final result!

To top it all off, they charged me twice in a row for 132€50 x2! What a scam! To be avoided!
In basic it is very well organised and professional. But several times I tried to made the prints, but I got mail that they didn't sufficed. They don't give feedback what is wrong with the printe. Are they all incorrect, just one. So after several tries I gave up. I still feel disappointed. Would gladly have gone through if the prints would be ok.
