As-Salamu Alaikum,
We are truly sorry to read your review and disappointed that you feel this way especially after your refund was issued in full.
To clarify for others reading :
✔️ Your order was shipped, and you were provided with a valid tracking number.
✔️ Despite the parcel being in transit, we still processed a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, which goes beyond our standard policy.
✔️ We are a registered business operating from the UK, with fulfillment partners overseas — a common structure used by many brands to offer affordable, global access.
✔️ We only remove comments on Instagram if they include false claims, offensive language, or harassment. Respectful feedback is always welcomed.
We are a small, independent brand dedicated to reviving the Sunnah through ethical, natural products and we stand by our values of honesty, patience, and transparency.
If anyone has doubts or concerns, we invite you to message us directly. We are here to serve, not deceive.
:::::::::::: UPDATE ::::::::::::
Since your message was edited, we feel compelled to respond clearly and with finality:
📦 Tracking: The tracking number provided was valid and functional, and originated from one of our international fulfillment centers as clearly stated on our website. Delays in tracking visibility can happen, especially with customs or international carriers, and are beyond our control. Claiming the tracking was “non-functional” is simply incorrect.
💳 Refund: Your refund was issued while the parcel was still in motion and without requiring a return a gesture very few businesses would offer. Presenting this as a result of “public pressure” does not reflect the truth. It was a decision made from our end to close the matter with dignity, not obligation.
📱 Instagram: Account restrictions are only applied when a customer repeatedly floods or misrepresents across multiple platforms. Raising a concern respectfully is welcome. However, repeated accusations, demands, and public escalation after having been responded to cross the line. We are a small team, and we have a responsibility to protect our community space from such misuse.
We are grateful that you received your refund, and we consider this matter fully resolved.
We have acted with professionalism, patience, and clarity throughout well beyond what is required.
May Allah guide us all to uphold truth, fairness, and adab both in private and public spaces.
:::::::::::: 2nd UPDATE ::::::::::::
Since your message was updated once again, we feel the need to offer a final clarification — in the same spirit of transparency you mention:
📦 Product Origin vs. Fulfillment:
Our siwak toothbrushes are — as clearly stated — hand-assembled in a small, Muslim-owned workshop in Pakistan, where quality and barakah come first. The fact that our international logistics partner includes a fulfillment hub in China does not change the product's origin, but simply allows us to ship efficiently to customers around the world. This is a common, standard practice among global brands, and is not misleading in any way.
📄 Transparency:
Transparency means being honest about what matters to the customer — the quality, the origin, and the value of the product they are buying. And we have always been clear on that. Fulfillment routes do not define authenticity. Suggesting otherwise is both inaccurate and unfair.
🤲 Final note:
We have no objection to you sharing our communication publicly, in fact, it will only reflect how professionally and respectfully this matter was handled from our side. We’ve upheld our responsibilities. We’ve acted with sincerity. And we stand by our values.
Amin to your dua'a. May Allah guide us all to speak and act with justice.
– Smile It’s Sunnah Team
