My experience with Smileie was great. Services were well coordinated, and I must applause their customer service team, they really do a great job of following up.

Initial ordering is very fast and directions are clear via directions in the box, email, and how to link in emails. My impressions were difficult for me, but they were initially approved via pictures before I sent the impressions to them. Then after requesting several updates over the course of 2 weeks from arriving at the lab and to make sure they were received and/or approved, I kept getting the run around on answers. They then emailed saying my impressions were not workable and I needed to redo my impressions- also stated they already sent materials. 4 days later I found out that they had not sent materials.
I gave a bad review initially because my experience had been just that. Since then they have tried to make it right.. they said my impressions are in fact workable and I ended up getting my 3D model within 24 hours. I honestly have whiplash from the whole ordeal and just rolling with it now.

I updated to 3 stars because they have been diligent on trying to get the process done asap and make it right. I will continue to update my review throughout the process

I had a zoom meeting with Dr. Arooj and it was fantastic. She helped me with my teeth impressions and clearly explained all the steps in the process.

Very professional and helpful experience with the dentist when I needed assistance with creating my impressions.

I was having trouble getting the correct impressions and Dr. Arooj hopped on a zoom to successfully help me. She gave great tips; while making sure I had the tray in correctly every step of the way.

Easy and affordable allignment! Communicate with their team was the easiest part!! I wanted to start the new year with straight new teeth, so I started the process in August, and it worked like a charm!

He was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to have him film himself explaining and demonstrating the whole process and post a link to it on the website.

Arooj was the biggest help with doing impressions. I suggest everybody that uses the product to do a free consult with the people on this team, as it was very beneficial.
