The communication with the Smile Centre Turkey team from beginning to end of my treatment was impeccable. Every step of the way there was always someone to answer my questions - from my travel itinerary, hotel, every appointment, treatment and aftercare - everything ran smoothly.
The moment I arrived in Antalya I was treated like a VIP - with a chauffeur driven limousine, lovely hotel, and warm welcome at my first appointment and thereafter. I was blown away with how beautiful and calm the dental surgery was - I felt like I had arrived in a high end spa. The dental treatment and care I received was incredible. The team did their uttermost to make my dental journey perfect. They were friendly, good listeners and patient.

The company, professionalism and the people there are spot on.
I had mine done 18 months ago, iv been traveling and in contact with them all the time, they always respond,
I just went back there for a holiday with a friend close by and they picked me up, took me into the dentist and done a small shaving for me, a fraction just to perfect my bite, didn't charge me, was classed as after care.
There fantastic, cant fault them.
The procedure itself 18 month ago was quike.
My quote was a 3rd of the price here in England so big differance.

A very disappointing experience.

The clinic went above and beyond to understand what went wrong and address my concerns. While my original experience remains the same, I truly appreciate the professional and respectful way they handled my complaint.
They clearly care about customer satisfaction, and for that reason I am updating my review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (May 2026)
I scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, I was told it had been rescheduled for one hour later—without any prior notice. I explained that I couldn’t wait, and suddenly they said they could see me immediately.
The appointment was for a teeth cleaning, which ended up lasting just 10 minutes. I’m not exaggerating—10 minutes. In my experience, a proper dental cleaning usually takes at least 45 minutes to an hour, so this already raised concerns about the quality of the service.
To make matters worse, I was charged USD 148. For such a rushed and superficial treatment, this felt completely unjustified.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

WOW, What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience, like many others in the uk, the costs are constantly increasing with every visit to our dentists. After various accidents I had lost a few teeth and damaged some more. I had visited two separate clinics in London and found them very unhelpful. So I carried out some homework and a friend of my wife recommended Smile Centre. Wow, from the initial contact, they have been outstanding. On arrival the team were so welcoming and professional. They walk you through the procedures, the work they do is outstanding and the aftercare is excellent, even messages to see how you are feeling whilst away from them. This is the first half of my treatment and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all their amazing team and l look forward to seeing them for round two. MM
