This has been the worst purchasing experience ever. My 9 year old used his own money to purchase the item. It was delivered to the wrong address. The carrier sent proof of deliver to the wrong address. The SMG4 Store has totally ignored our request for a replacement to be shipped to correct address or for a refund. I don't think there actual service. I have do a charge back with the bank now because of this. Horrible experience. At this point just scammers. Do not order anything from this company or person. Stealing money from a little kid. Aweful.

I want to warn everyone not to order from this website. I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on 3/12/25, and it has still not been delivered as of 15/01/26. This was his only item on the Christmas wishlist. The seller is ignoring all my emails. It’s clear why this store is closing—customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced.

Tried contacting them a few times as the sizing is wrong for the hoody they sent but no one answers so stuck with a hoody which was a Xmas present that was expensive and too small!

By ordering the product it was in pre-order in one month. Now after 3 months we still haven't recieve anything. Wenn we contact, they tell us everytime the pre order is one month later. Still waiting for mr. Puzzles

They had many things to choose from keychains, to plushies, to clothes wear etc.

The merchandise is very good quality and am pretty happy about it
