I talked to a rep and they were suuuuuper helpful with my Q's! Too bad I didn't get her name, but the rep really assured me with my pup's training needs and sched so thanks to the friendly staff for that! I'm really excited to bring Chico in for training and we're still scouting for trainers but this is definitely a top choice with hw they handled my inquiris!
The flexibility of the classes is not what it used to be. I liked the variety of instructors to choose from for the different classes. I also stopped being a member because of the meeting requirements. The meetings are too long and have too much controversy in them. It’s supposed to be a fun hobby. Not a constant battle.
