Product was received within 1 week, so I was happy about that.
Signed up with the company to receive the "10% discount on first purchase" but then was told that the discount was not available on this product, so, check that first if you wish to avail their offer.
Product was very well packaged and correct. A small let down but over all pretty good experience.

Very good service, from ordering to delivery.
The delivery was very efficient. The medical device I ordered was located in Melbourne Victoria. It was to be delivered to Sydney NSW. Although I did not ask for express delivery, the device was dispatched from Melbourne and delivered to my address in Sydney in less than 18 hours.

I appreciate the advice given prior to purchase and now that we have the blood pressure machine it has worked out very nicely. The consignment was well directed with the advisory notes on the outside of the box and the turn time excellent.
