The watch is really lovely and it's…
The watch is really lovely and it's really easy to download the app and get the watch up and running. However to pins that are needed to fit the strap were too long. I email them straight away and 3 days later I received a bag with replacement pins. These fitted fine and now my watch is fully operational. I love it and so do my friends.

Battery do’s not last long
Battery do’s not last long, the pins to put the strap on with, were to big. Had to take it to a watch repair for them to fix it. It’s not really paired with my iPhone !!!

I am so disappointed
It’s been over 8 weeks since I placed my order
I still haven’t received my watch
I contacted customer care on several occasions only to be told that the Post Office Service had lost my watch. That’s just unbelievable. A new watch was then posted. I asked for a tracking order and have had no response
I can not recommend this service provider at all

Extremely unhappy
I have emailed them several times and they have not replied. I am extremely disappointed with the Smartwatch and need to return it. I am waiting for instruction as to where to send it. The website specified blood pressure monitor and there appears to be a heart rate monitor only. I have read reviews regarding the App which is apparently very poor. The colour of the watch is nothing like the picture and looks very gaudy and cheap. I have given one star only because there is no option for no star.
DO NOT USE or trust this company.

Fabulous looking watch
Fabulous looking watch. Arrived early easy to set up. Only problem pins for strap were too big. Took watch to local jeweller and got smaller ones. All good now.
