Easy of use. With basic knowledge in animation you get good result. Would like to see to be able to overlap audio files.

I recently used SmartSHOW 3D to create two large personal projects — a Wedding slideshow and an Anniversary slideshow — each with over 100 slides and more than 300 photos. These were meaningful projects for my family, and when I ran into difficulties creating the final videos, I reached out to AMS Support for help.

At first, it seemed like I wasn’t receiving any replies. This led me to contact AMS directly to express my concerns. To their credit, AMS responded quickly — but their messages were being routed in a way that caused Gmail to place them in Spam. Once I discovered this, the entire situation became clear.

From that point forward, my experience improved considerably. Olivia Andrews took ownership of the situation and provided clear, timely updates throughout the process. She provided clarity on the different template packs and licenses and confirmed that everything is properly registered under my current email. She also arranged a technical review of my Wedding project, which I appreciated given its size and importance. I’ve saved all documentation for my records, and everything is now fully consolidated and organized.

AMS also clarified how to handle multi part video exports for large projects, which helped me complete both slideshows successfully.

Their responsiveness, clarity, and willingness to resolve the situation left me with a genuinely positive impression. I appreciate the effort they made to ensure I had everything needed to finish my projects, and it gives me confidence in continuing my relationship with AMS Software and their broader range of applications. Smartshow is a wonderful program, just what I wanted. The animation effect and transitions so beautifully make my slideshow a work of art! Easy to use, tons of effects to choose and definitely user-friendly.

couldn't figure out how to pan & zoom with portrait image ? seems it's only for landscape.

This is my first time buying an app from SmartSHOW 3D. very satisfied because the app has many functions suitable for both beginners and experienced users. The price is not expensive compared to other providers. I'm very happy.

I just completed my very first project on SmartSHOW 3D — a five‑minute slideshow — and it was so much fun and surprisingly easy. I chose my son’s wedding photos, and when I sent it to him, he wrote back: “That’s pretty cool, Mom! Love it! You missed your calling.” Little does he know I created it using SmartSHOW 3D!

I’m excited to try a blank project next and design one completely on my own, although I’m not sure I can beat the beautiful templates SmartSHOW 3D already provides. I’m in my 80s, and I can honestly say that no matter your age, you will enjoy this program and have a wonderful time bringing old photos — even the ones tucked away in your closet — back to life.

If this ends up in the public reviews and my son reads it, I’m nailed!

I truly enjoy using smart show 3D to do my projects as it's pretty user friendly for the basic slideshows, you can use the wizard but I find that if you are trying to do a bigger slideshow, the wizard didn't work so great for me, it was easier to start one from scratch. It would be nice to have a dedicated web page that shows you how to use or how to create your own effects and transitions. It looks like there's so much that can be done with this program however if you don't know how to do it, it really is no good to you. A couple other features that I think would be good to have is the ability to move the slide using slide numbers. For example, instead of dragging the slide and dropping it where it needs to go it would be nice to have a feature where you can just say move to slide three. The drag and drop works great if you don't have to move the slide far but I find it tedious if you're having to move many slides from one end to the other end of your slideshow. The random transition and effects feature is great however, it would be nice if you can select only a few slides to have random transitions applied to because sometimes if you've already worked on some slides you don't want the effect to change on that specific slide. Overall I think that this program is great whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.

I was looking for a comprehensive, versatile and robust photo slide show app for presenting my wilderness photos both online and in-person. The photos include wilderness landscapes, water views and forest macro images. SmartShow 3D enables me to easily display all of my images in a variety of dynamic ways.

I've been using this software for years and am very satisfied with the results. Many different templates allow you to easily create the video you want.
The update download system is also easy. Highly recommended, even for those new to video editing.

I needed this software for a last minute video I had to make for a family memorial service. I loaded all photos and would force close the software. I tried about 5 times for same result. After I went with another program tried to refund my purchase they responded 24 hrs later saying they can't refund until they attempt to fix the issue. Would never do business again

Overall, a good program for video and photos, but still I wish some features are more intuitive. The software I used in the past was easier in general to navigate but the company has become greedy and wants you to pay subscription instead of a onetime purchase.

The SmartShow 3D program is very easy to use and the final project looks very professional. There are so many templates that one can use to create wonderful memories and presentations I highly recommend using their program!

After trying the free version of this product, I decided to purchase it. However, when I need help with issues that arose, the customer service and technical support was geared more for users that have more than basic knowledge of how to make slideshow. Read the fine print, because a lifetime license doesn't mean you will get free updates. Smartshow charges you for everything and there are too many advertisements popups.
I feel I've been duped. very disappointed.

Needed to create a slideshow for my brother-in-laws funeral service. Purchased software and Memorial template that made it easy to create a professional looking slide show. The slide editing tools made it easy to personalize the slideshow (some trial-and-error learning required). Included music is extensive and perfect for setting the proper mood. Only issue, could not install on my desktop but working fine on laptop. Very large slideshows hang up. Created 3 slideshows and combined into one file using other software. Would purchase again.

The presentation of the product was appealing and pretty comprehensive. Your price is affordable and the additional features\ templates provided is deeply appreciated, and although I am an amateur at creating slides and presentations your links for using to product are helpful,

The program is easy to navigate,
and the menus are logically structured.
The selection of music and sounds, is really good. SmartSHOW 3D generates an output file fairly quickly, and overall I think it is a good program, also when you consider the price.
