Pésima experiencia | Horrible experience


El concepto del servicio es excelente: recibir tus paquetes en un punto seguro, sin necesidad de estar en casa. Sin embargo, en la práctica, fue una gran decepción.

Hice un pedido importante (medicamentos para mi perro), que fue entregado por DHL en el SmartPoint, pero nunca pude acceder al paquete. Llamé varias veces y me aseguraron que enviarían a un técnico, pero después de más de un mes, el problema sigue sin resolverse.

La atención al cliente ha sido lenta y poco efectiva. Envié al menos cinco correos y realicé innumerables llamadas sin recibir respuesta alguna. Me sentí completamente ignorada y sin soluciones concretas. Al final, tuve que volver a comprar los medicamentos por mi cuenta, y ahora exijo un reembolso por el paquete perdido.

Lamentablemente, he perdido toda confianza en este servicio. No volveré a utilizarlo ni lo recomendaré a nadie. Ojalá mejoren su atención al cliente y sus procesos, porque tal como está, solo genera frustración.

The concept of the service is excellent: receiving your packages at a secure pickup point, without the need to be at home. However, in practice, it was a huge disappointment.

I placed an important order (medication for my dog), which was delivered by DHL to the SmartPoint, but I was never able to access the package. I called several times and was told a technician would be sent, but after more than a month, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Customer service has been slow and ineffective. I sent at least five emails and made countless calls without receiving any response. I felt completely ignored and received no concrete solutions. In the end, I had to repurchase the medication myself, and now I’m requesting a refund for the lost package.

Unfortunately, I’ve lost all trust in this service. I won’t use it again or recommend it to anyone. I truly hope they improve their customer service and processes, because as it stands now, it only causes frustration.
