We do want to gently clarify that we would never withhold a refund from a customer — it is simply not something we do. If there was any confusion or difficulty in reaching us over the festive period, we sincerely apologise for that.

Ordered a gift on the 29th November in time for Christmas and it still hasn't arrived. All I get is an email saying still in transit. Would not recommend using this company in the future.

Reluctant but it went well
I was reluctant, since I never heard of the site, it had middling reviews on here and it was a tricky to find item at a "too good to be true" price. I ordered with PayPal for buyer protection and to be honest, it wasn't that much money to lose on a gamble. To my relief, the item came within a couple of days! Exactly as described. I docked a star because the address was 8 instead of 9 somehow? I checked e-mails and it was 9 there so, must be manually inputted wrong.
Luckily our postie knows whats up so it got delivered ok. Also the e-mails say "copyright 2023" and a few other things that look iffy, but I got what I paid for, so I'm happy.

Regarding the copyright date and anything else that looked a little off — thank you for flagging this. You're absolutely right that these things matter, especially for new customers trying to decide whether to trust us. We'll get those tidied up straight away.

Game ordered was not in stock inventory level problem which was unfortunate but refunded without needing any action so would likely use again.

Out of stock, but handled well
Sadly the items I had ordered said they were in stock but a few days after purchasing I was contacted to say they weren't in stock, maybe some better stock management would would help this situation. Although when contacted to say they were out of stock, they handled the situation professionally and very quickly, refunds were sent straight away. May consider using company again on the basis that their stock numbers are correct lol

Money refunded but no correspondence that my order was cancelled or why. I’d been getting nervous the site was a scam, so relieved when I got a refund but some communication would have been nice.
