Most of our clients are based elsewhere in the UK and just need someone reliable and competent on the ground in Manchester when something needs doing in person. Our engineers have real telecoms and hosting backgrounds, so they're not just following instructions blindly — they can understand a problem and work it out on-site if needed. We're available around the clock, every day of the year, and jobs are booked and tracked through our own online Portal. Every visit comes with a report and photos afterwards, so clients always know exactly what was done. We're fully insured, and we take care with things like NDAs and site access rules when they're needed. It's a small, hands-on team, not a faceless call centre.
