I was delighted to see the product I wanted in December, but failed to get then, was back in stock and Smartfonestore even agreed to honour the deal on my original order. Ordered one day, arrived the next. Can't ask for better than that.

Fast delivery (1st Class Royal Mail) of a brand new Apple Magic 2 Keyboard. For those concerned that this may not be a genuine Apple product, then rest assured it most certainly is the "real deal" and my iMac had no problem accepting it. By the way, the keyboard sent to me came bubble-wrapped with no official Apple box, etc., but don't let that put you off. it is the genuine article. Such fast efficient service deserves praise and I'm more than happy with my new Apple keyboard - a great product. For those reasons, I would have no hesitation in using Smartfone again. What a brilliant company!

Easy service which delivers promptly and securely. Described as Very good condition, arrived in perfect condition no scratches and battery life is excellent. Comes with warranty which protects you just in case.

Phone arrived in good time and good condition , but the earbud headphones ordered and paid for at same time didn’t. Email address doesn’t work keeps bouncing back and phone no rings off. I am hoping to be able to get contact after new year again.!

Recently bought a used mobile phone from SmartFoneStore.

Potentially, as far as I am concerned, the decision to buy used goods online is very fraught, as I have experienced elsewhere, where a seller's view that an item is "pristine", or such like, has not met expectations.

I'm glad to say that in this particular instance the item has actually exceeded my expectations, so far.

Delivery was prompt, as promised, and the few queries I had, pre-purchase, were dealt with in a reasonable manner.

I've docked 1 star for 2 reasons:-

(1) Their request to review asked explicitly to review only the service, not the product - but if your service is to supply used products, then the quality of goods must factor in, as far as I am concerned. Its pointless having good service if the goods themselves are sub-standard.

(2) As is common (and very frustrating) with many used sales sites, no info was provided regarding the age of the product, only its "condition". For battery powered tech, these days, a bad battery can impact product life-time far more onerously than how many scratches and dings are present.

In my case, all is fine, and I would definitely consider buying from here again (so far).
