Horrible Service - AVOID!
I am only giving these people one star as Trustpilot will not allow zero.
I purchased a dual sim Samsung phone from these clowns on Backmarket but they sent me a single sim model instead.
They were unresponsive to messages.
I believe this is scam.

I wasn't going to leave a review but you asked for one so here it is...
I placed an order for a MacBook pro 16 m1 max 64gb at a great price...
The very next day, it was cancelled without any apology or follow up email.
I understand misprices happen from time to time which is fine, but atleast have the courtesy to apologise or send an email and offer an alternative or something....
I was not going to leave this review but I've been asked for my review so here it is.
Make sure you buy whatever you buy knowing it may or may not be fulfilled.
I added 1 star on as the website was very easy to navigate.

disappointing experience this time
item arrived 24 hrs later than stated time on website. phone came without any lead or means of charging it. i informed smartfone of this and they did not bother to acknowledge or reply. i will say i have bought from them in the past and was delighted with my purchases and their level of customer service which is why i returned to them again purchase. however if my experience this time is the new norm than that is very disappointing

We're very sorry to hear about this experience but must say that firstly, we make it clear what you can expect to receive with our devices and offer heavily discounted accessories.
Just to be clear, what you can expect to receive with your device is displayed across our website and you're offered the chance to purchase heavily discounted original accessories across the site.
The main reasons that we do not automatically provide accessories are so that we're able to continue to provide free delivery and maintain a high level of customer service while also keeping the price of our products competitive and adhering to environmental guidelines. We also assume that a lot of our customers already have the necessary accessories as they're pretty standard these days and automatically including accessories in our packages will increase the size and weight of packaging and subsequently the cost therefore ultimately increasing the retail price. To that end, we just like the idea of customers thinking twice about shoving a load of extra stuff with their order which they may not need and we reckon that's pretty cool.
Finally, regarding the delayed shipping; your order was placed at around 13:00 on 26/10/23 and marked as dispatched within half an hour of the order being made. Unfortunately however sometimes there are delays within the courier system which are of course out of our hands but we do rather feel that receiving it on the 28th at 12:57 is still pretty reasonable.
Given all of the above and the fact that we certainly don't want to leave you with a bitter taste in your mouth, we've emailed you regarding some discount on a future order.
