June 2025 This company ripped me off…

June 2025 This company ripped me off $413.000 after they shipped when told me they'd hold the package, I returned it, they have receipt of return and confirmed delivery of return, they said they processed refund, I kept asking for receipt, then they came back with they would zelle but never did, the owner called Dr. Murphy July 1, 2025 and asked to give her a few days to send from her personal account, I waited July 9, 2025 put in dispute with bank and Dr. Murphy or Ischicka never replied ever again by text or email. They are scammers as far as I am concerned because they lied and now went silent. The bank has to go through a process and can take 90 days to refund my money, shameful Dr.. Murphy and Ischickta how you did me
