This is by far the worst gardeners…

This is by far the worst gardeners there lazy they don’t cut the bushes they just blow everything in a corner take photos then a hour later it’s blown everywhere again.. asked why they don’t bag up the rubbish they replied because we have to pay and I explained we have 3 massive dumpster bins?? Then changed he’s mind and said we only get paid to be here for a certain amount of time and we don’t have time to collect all debris 😡

Practical, Useful and Tailored Mentoring.

Practical, Useful and Tailored Mentoring . I have enjoyed two successful mentoring programmes with Ken at Smarter Ltd. These were tailored specifically to the requirements for my business. I learnt so much more about how to better run and manage my business and consider new areas for improvement. Thank you Ken, and I look forward to next time .
