Reliable. I always use them with my rental properties and I have built a good rapport with them. These are my go to electricians.

We have engaged SES electricians to install the pendant lights by Ebb & Flow and also fix the socket which was not working. The two guys who turned up installed lights after three hours of faffing which have now come down under its weigh as the installation was not properly completed. The hook holding the lights was weak and connected loosely with no appropriate support. I have incurred a substantial charge to fix this ‘workmanship’ by qualified electricians. Really disappointed as they also wasted around three hours of our time, whilst the experienced engineers spent 1 hour.

The socket which was not working according to these engineers resutled in them drilling huge holes in the walls to connect it to another plug. The mess created in the flat, the dust and the attitude of these people was awful.

Finally, when I asked them to leave the lights as they are as one was scratched up, they left and promised to order and replace it with the supplier directly. This was middle of December 2017, now we are in the middle of March and nothing has been bought or installed as promised despite enquiries and calls. The engineers I have subsequently used fixed the plug issue in 15 minutes by finding an existing connection.

I would avoid them like a plague. What a rookie firm, totally hands down. The worst part was lying about the replacement shade which I now have to order again as they scratched the existing one with a pair of pliers. So unprofessional.
