Fast Response. All fixed quickly and normal service resumed. :)

Brilliant service and fast response from the support team when I ran in to an issue, turned out the network routing needed to be fixed and then I could watch the program on the Apple TV again

Not as good as previous resolutions of problems. One channel had stopped working and the support responses kept going around in circles suggesting the same things to try to resolve. They eventually stated that they no longer supported that channel on a Samsung TV. When I advised them that the channel didn’t work on ANY device not just the TV they then suggested the same things again as previously suggested. I had almost given up when suddenly the channel started working again, although I don’t think any of the suggested actions caused that. I asked support if they had in fact resolved the issue and got a vague answer.

I had trouble setting up on my new WIndows 11 laptop and new Sony Bravia TV. The communication was responsive and detailed (step by step) and both devices are happily talking to my favourite sites in the UK. Happy customer!

I've had the service for some time and at first I had doubts but then it proved to be great in many aspects, from any of my friends steps into my house they're YouTube changes and other services, we live in the same community in Jamaica yet I can watch what they can't so they all come over for the Superbowl and more.. thanks for your service. I see you need to know from when I had the experience.. think I've been on this since 2022 it has changed how I view TV from then to now

Great customer service, they get back to you so quickly and will stick with you until whatever issue is resolved. I have been with them for years and the service is excellent too, I only experienced an issue after my router was changed (not their fault) but they took me through all of the steps until we got it fixed. 10/10

Excellent service with excellent support if needed

The experience meant i was taken through some procedures that were fairly easy and when sent to smartdns the reply was within a appropriate time.

I can't fault these guys. I opted to set up my router using the smart DNS and have access to pretty much everything. On the rare occasion that something goes wrong (usually the fault of a device, not the DNS), the team at SmartDNS are quick to help and have me back up and running in no time. 10/10

I have used multiple DNS proxy services I recently started the smartDNS proxy; I had issues with a few apps. Their support team is great. The one good thing I noticed is that they accept if they have issues and rectify issues Some issues took longer than expected however they did solve my problem.
