Works well for streaming outside of your region. Ive been a subscriber for years and is totally worth the money.

The customer service is good. When the service stops working, they are quick to confirm that a server is down. 90% of the time is quickly fixed. Have had the service for years.

Asked them to look into a streaming service from the UK that was not working (that previously worked fine) and was fobbed off with the standard "check your settings" impersonal copy/paste level 1 reply and they clearly hadn't bothered to read my message. Thus, I can't agree on quality of customer service. It works most of the time, but customer service is average at best.

I had a problem with my connection. I contacted DNS per email and about an hour later they replied and the problem solved.
I can 100% recommend this firm to anyone.

I have been using the Smart DNS for years now, it just does everything I need and more. The odd time there is a problem, the support team are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

SmartDNS Proxy is a great solution to outsmart the useless Geo-Blocker. I always got a super fast response to my emails when having questions or issues (that usually being solved super fast).

Yet again today, Smart DNS proxy have shown their high standards of customer care when things go wrong.
As a customer of five or six years there are obviously times when the system has a blip. However I know that the minute I contact them they are immediately on the case, keep me updated and confirm when its sorted.

Very responsive Help Center - I get email replies within the hour even on weekends! Technical assistance is also great. They were able to provide me OpenVPN configuration files specific for my Ubiquiti gateway / router.

Always quick help. I am talking minutes and not even hours. A strong ambition from support person to get all details clarified and willingness to communicate an extra loop of e-mails. So far, after many years using Smart DNS Proxy, help has always been there and a fix has been found.

Whenever there is a streaming issue, I contact the company and receive an immediate response. Then within a few days they will report the issue has been resolved and it always is.
