I really enjoyed my experience dealing with vision direct. From inception to the finished product the team gave me regular updates as to where i was at and that made me feel very comfortable knowing that i was in safe hands. My product arrived sooner than expected and in great condition. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. The only reason i didnt score five is because a couple of hot desk team members were not on the same page. Other than that it was great. Thank you

I loved all the options available, the prompt communication and the prices!! I deleted the quick freight option at checkout, which at times, while I waited for my delivery, I regretted. They ended up taking 18 days to arrive but, at the end of the day, they are everything I’d hoped for.

Great customer service, I ordered the wrong colour tint and they remade them for me and sent them back out at no cost to me, customer service team were great to deal with. The courier company - not so much, waited weeks for them to come pickup. But the glasses company were nothing but fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The whole process involved in procuring a pair of prescription glasses was made so easy by the VD team (esp. their sales team and the Optician, Beck). I was impressed by the follow up email from the team's Optician enquiring about my satisfaction with the glasses. Highly recommended for buyers who have a valid prescription.

Amazing service. I had to update my PD after processing the order and it was no problem at all. Incredible range of glasses to choose from. The virtual try on is wonderful. My glasses are amazing. I had the prescription done locally and uploaded it. Will always buy from Vision direct. Glasses ended up costing me half the price have I had bought them in Sydney.
