The Grand Hotel Impero
We stayed at the Grand Hotel Impero - Wellness & Exclusive SPA, Castel del Piano, Tuscany. They were very happy to accept our Smartbox voucher and dates.
The hotel is in a beautiful and truly picturesque setting.
Inside the hotel is elegant and well tended. They have a nice bar, a comfortable seating area to enjoy an aperitif or a relaxing after dinner drink.
The breakfast and dining area is spacious and welcoming.
Although we didn't use the spa, it seemed perfect for relaxing and taking a break from the outside world. There is also massage and other well being options to enjoy.
The hotel is pet friendly.
There is free parking available on site.
The staff are very friendly. We would like to thank Victor in particular, who made us feel very welcome and gave us suggestions of places of interest to visit.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a unforgettable experience.

I would not recommend it: it was difficult to find something available. A lot of places are not available when you put dates.
The selected place was at the end very bad in quality and not worthy the price paid for the box. Definitely not recommended.

Smartbox, come altri operatori del settore, non ha a disposizione l'intera struttura ma solamente un pacchetto di camere. La possibilità che ci siano delle camere disponibili nella struttura per clienti che prenotano senza cofanetto, e nel frattempo le camere Smartbox siano esaurite, è assolutamente plausibile.
Registrando il cofanetto sul nostro sito si possono ricercare le strutture con disponibilità immediata.
Contattando il Servizio Clienti potrà ricevere assistenza da un operatore.

Couldn’t register our voucher as there was a generic error message which continued all day. No way to contact the company, so voucher is of no use at all. Really poor. Update: written on 26/7/24 but the company only replied today, over two months later! Proves my point about the company. Clever sales but poor product.

Smartbox is a fraud!!
Received a Smatbox for my birthday and when I wanted to register it always gives an error message. Contacting Smatbox support they told me that my smatbox is already registered by another person!!! And they can't do anything about it because of privacy reason. Don't by smart boxes!!! They can be already used by someone else!!!!

IT'S A SCAM!
I have a box and I have tried to look for properties to book. There are no properties available no matter the region or the dates I give the search. There is no way to contact the company. Bot says that you can talk to a real customer care representative within certain hours but still no one is available. No telephone number, no email address.... it's all a very good scam to rob people of their money!!
