The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Their QuickStart templates don’t load like they are suppose to. Their support team takes days to respond and when they do respond it is usually with an excuse. To then try and engage in a conversation to fix the issue is not part of their capacity. Every response is answered every couple of days.
DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS

Good templates, excellent customer service
The joomla templates are good - super responsive- and the customer service exceeded my expectations. They are very responsive and genuine problem solvers. My only complaint would be I'm in the UK. Having said that they applied fixes overnight for me to awake to.

Dead company?
Hi all, same here as post above. It was used to be a good service.... Now realy pour. I tried 2 teplates... Not working as it should - quickstarts can not be installed with sample data, other not working properly...like 3 years ago everything was working well... Now even the forum site is dead... Probably a dead company.

Poor Service
2nd purchase template of website there; very difficult to use and edit; documents is not clear, felling poor service - 2 times to buy and 2 times to throw away.
