I experienced a very professional service from Stacy in Smart Seller. Her friendly, polite manner enabled me to feel confident my house sale was in very capable hands - she cared! Customer service was excellent with communications clear and timely.

I’d give Smart Sellers 10 stars if I could! The service is unbelievable value compared to the high street estate agent … provided you’re comfortable showing prospective buyers around yourself, this is a brilliant way to save huge amounts in fees. The service is brilliant - clear communication on when viewings are happening, help with negotiating offers and gets you to the point where the sale is in the hand of the solicitor. I genuinely think this model could be a huge disruptor to the market! 100% would use again.
